Thankfully coffee is gluten free, but those perfect little dunking cookies called biscotti, not so much. Oh have I have missed you my crumbly crunchy little friends. I am so excited to share with you some of the best biscotti I have had, and guess what! They are gluten free! I met the wonderful Mary Pat (the genius behind Patsy's) at the Celiac Foundations expo in Pasadena. After I tasted some samples at the expo, I was hooked! Mary Pat was so kind and generous to send me some of her tasty biscotti. I tried the Lemon Pistachio, Cherry Almond and Cranberry Walnut (pictured on the tray) and holy moly biscotti heaven! It is hard to believe they are gluten free. They are crunchy and flavorful and pair perfectly with my morning coffee. Patsy's Biscotti offers five different flavors so you are bound to find a favorite! They are 100% Annie's Gluten Free Grub approved and I can't wait to get my hands on some more.
